Who we are?
Funding Hut are a trading style of Easy Advice Ltd which are Commercial Finance Brokers based in Thatcham. We act as an Introducer/Advisor/Broker/Intermediary for our customers. Easy Advice Ltd are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FRN 800638

How Do I Agree to the Privacy Policy?
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of Funding Hut’s Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, when you browse and use the Site, you automatically agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your confidential information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Act. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Site or the Services. What Types of Information Does Funding Hut Collect From its Users?
Personal Information– We collect Personal Information from our users which can be used to easily identify our users, such as your name, title, company, address, email, office and mobile phone numbers.

Non-Personal Information– We collect “non-personal” information from our users which cannot be readily accessed, and is necessary to personally identify our users, such Non-Personal Information to include types of internet browsers, URLs of previous websites visited, ISP and operating systems, and IP Addresses.

Site Tracking– This site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. FYI our website uses the analytics.js implementation of GA. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

How and When Does Funding Hut Collect Personal and Non-Personal Information?
Providing Information to Us – When you create a user account (“Account”) we collect Personal and Non-Personal Information required for the Account set up process.

Personal Information – Your Personal Information collected by us is kept confidential and is processed for the purposes of providing the Services, and maintaining, evaluating, and improving the Site by Funding Hut and its affiliates, as well as for verifying your identity, and providing user support. Your Personal Information is also processed by Funding Hut, and may be processed by its affiliates, for the purposes of communicating promotional and informational materials. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you and other Directors / Shareholders give explicit permission to conduct credit search on (both personal and business) either by Funding Hut or other Lenders we work with.

Non-Personal Information – We use non-personal information to track your use of the Site and/or the Services and for other internal purposes, in particular to provide for, maintain, evaluate, and improve the Site and the Services.

We may share Non-Personal Information with affiliated companies, and third parties, for their use in ad serving and marketing. This Privacy Policy does not extend to affiliated companies and their collection, use, and sharing of such information.

How Does Funding Hut Protect My Personal Information?
Personal Information – we use only the best, up to date, methods to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or disclosure. All Personal Information is transferred from and to our Site using the latest encryption technologies (SSL). Whenever we obtain Personal Information we use the most suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure such Personal Information. Funding Hut maintains a secure server (SSL) in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection regulations; however, no computer system is inviolate and we cannot guarantee the absolute security or confidentiality of information transmitted to the Site and you hereby acknowledge and assume the risks relating to any such communication.

How long we keep it
We are required under DPA/GDPR to keep your basic personal data, such as name, address, contact details, ID & other personal data for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed. The information used for marketing will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

How Can I Make Changes To My Personal Data And/Or “Opt Out” From Receiving Promotional Communications?
You have the right to withdraw any consent you’ve given with respect to Funding Hu’s use of your personal data. Further, you have the right to access your Account data and to modify or delete such Account data in the event your Account data, as stored by Funding Hut, is incorrect or otherwise unlawful.

What are your rights
